How to do it? Go to:
Apex settings > Homescreen settings > Hide icon labels (check)
Apex settings > Homescreen settings > Show desktop indicator (uncheck)
Apex settings > Homescreen settings > Portrait grid (I was using 7x8, I think), play with it to get the best look
Apex settings > Dock settings > Hide dock divider (check)
Now long press on all icons in your dock and remove them from the homescreen (except the app drawer icon).
Now download the icon that I am using for the app drawer, put it on your SD card. Download it here [link]
Long press on the app drawer icons on your homescreen and tap "Edit". Press on the icon to select the picture from the SD card.
Download these icons and put them on your SD card too: [link]
Go to App drawer and drag some apps to the homescreen, long press on them and go to edit mode to select the custom icon (same way you did for the app drawer icon).
Add the beautiful widgets weather widget and resize it to get the better look and that is it.
